1. Information Collection
As a technical authority in edge computing, FinPath Edge AI prioritizes the reduction of data transit. We collect primary information necessary for service delivery, including technical infrastructure details, network topology summaries, and essential account identifiers.
During the Edge Infrastructure Audit phase, we may process system-level metadata to ensure model quantization compatibility. We do not engage in broad-spectrum data mining or harvest personal identifiers unnecessary for the execution of real-time AI logic.
2. Usage & Disclosure
Core Protection Clause:
We do not sell user data to third parties. Period.
Information processed through our Micro-Nodes is used exclusively to optimize industrial safety protocols and financial execution logic. Disclosure is limited to:
- A. Legal compliance with federal Canadian statutes.
- B. Technical service providers bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
- C. Verified internal audits for model accuracy and porting efficiency.
3. Data Sovereignty & Edge Logic
Our Redundancy Protocols ensure that sensitive operational data remains trapped at the hardware edge. Unlike traditional cloud-centric AI, our nodes perform localized sanitization. This architecture minimizes the risk of intercept during backhaul transmissions to centralized storage.
Users retain full rights to request an inventory of local data logs. Due to our high-frequency processing window, much of the edge-level telemetry is purged within 48 to 72 hours following model execution, unless cold storage is specifically requested.
